Art and Crafts is a great method to improve your skills in all sorts of areas.
I want to prove how learning a few new skills can help children and also adults in problem solving situations.
There are many ways to create things a lot easier, efficient, cheaper and more creative by introducing Arts&Crafts in our lives.
Tutoring children is a great opportunity for me to convey my knowledge to a new generation and showing them a different, creative but mostly fun way to recreate amazing objects or presents out of recycled materials.
My workshops are not just entertaining but also very educative. Children who attend these sessions will develop many new skills (eg. cutting, sticking, recycling, using a wide range of tools and art supplies safely and how to think "outside the box" and how to work as a team as well as individually) but mostly how to adapt all these to the everyday lives; also they will learn how to create something beautiful just by using a few materials, without having to spend any money on expensive supplies & materials.
I am laying a big emphasis on not just teaching the practical side of Arts but the educative side as well.. Each session will be associated to a certain upcoming or relevant events (eg. historical events, holidays, seasons changing, etc...), some easy art history (movements, artists, art techniques)
The theme of each workshop is suitable for girls and boys as well, ages between 6-15.
